Getting Access

Once your Cloom AI environment has been set up, you’ll receive an email invitation to join your project.

Resetting Your Password

When you receive your invitation email, you’ll need to set up your password:
  1. Click the password reset link in your invitation email
  2. Go to https://www.cloom.ai/password-reset
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Click submit to gain access to the platform
Make sure to choose a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Team Access Levels

Your account will be assigned one of the following roles:
Full Access - Can view data, edit settings, create workflows, view billing, invite members, and delete the project
Administrative Access - Can perform most actions except viewing billing details
Limited Access - Can view and interact with workflows based on permissions set by the owner

Project Structure

Each Cloom AI account can have multiple projects:
  • Production - Your live environment serving real customers
  • Sandbox - A testing environment for development and experimentation
Always test changes in your sandbox environment before deploying to production.
